Ramadan Kareem to you all, and may Allah accept all our Salah and Dua's in this blessed month, Ameen.

Since August the new London committee has been working flat out( Br's Abdul, Naeem, Zin, Zaki, Ameen, Obada & Sr's Amal, Sarah, Nura, Anneka), Alhumdullilah we have now the largest and probably the most diverse regional committee in comparison with all the regions. From SAC (Student Affairs) to services the committee has been providing Iftaar services at reduced costs for Islamic Societies, contacting Isoc's regarding ordering fresher packs, to ensuring that Islamic Societies know how to get the best out there Student Union.

Over the coming month's we will be providing training seminars for Islamic Societies, specifically also for Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers and Hd Sisters. There will be Islamic Awareness week seminar, speaker tours, a Islamic Society brothers football league, yes a league. Currently we are working away on Fosis London's freshers dinner, it will be an event not to be missed. It will be held on Friday 17th October at the LMC (East London Masjid). Seriously if you miss it, your going to miss out. More details to follow, keep your eyes peeled and keep in touch with the Fosis London team.

More generally we will be visiting practically all university Islamic Societies over the coming month, as well as helping as many colleges as possoible form Islamic Societies, so if your interested than do get in touch on the details given below. for those of you who are not quite sure we do, we help to provide resources (speaker tours, dawah material), training,
representation (how to get the best out of your student union, problems with prayer rooms) and general advise to Muslim students as well. You can keep in touch with the Fosis London team
