AsalamoAlaikum

Hope you are all well and in a good state of Iman.

I write to you in the midst of the mayhem that is Scotland's first Charity Week! Alhumdulillah in the first year of Scotland taking part all the Isocs have united and organised various talks, dinners, sports events and of course sent out the troops to bucket across sunny Scotland, Inshallah may Allah accept their efforts and reward them.

Planning for the year ahead I have been out to visit some of the Isocs in the region (and visit parts of Scotland I'd never seen b4!) to discussed what they would like to see from FOSIS and what they would like to achieve themselves as Isocs in the coming year. Alhumdulillah it was pleasing to see the enthusiasm in the Isocs to build on what there has been in the past take their work onto the next level. Many points of improvement have been identified and Inshallah the Scotland committee will be working hard to help our Isocs achieve these goals.

We have got the ball rolling on some events, including regional sports tournaments, speaker tours and possibly a regional camp, so plenty to look forward to north of the border.
