As an umbrella organisation representing 130 university ISocs, 400 colleges and 100,000 Muslim students across the UK and Ireland, FOSIS is the perfect platform for the next generation of future community leaders to further develop their skills and talents, and to make a positive contribution to society and the Muslim ummah!

Regional committees in particular, expose volunteers to the diversity and realities of grassroots work taking place across the country. In addition, they give budding Muslim activists first hand experience and exposure to organising services, programs and training for a diverse audience.

# Chair: Leader and director of the regional committee. Oversees regional work and maintains a consistent, supportive and professional relationship with ISocs. Also sits on the FOSIS National Executive Committee.

# Vice Brother (2 positions): Assists the chair in regional management, heading up projects and helping other committee members. Also ensures the needs of ISocs are met.

# Vice Sister (2 positions): Assists the chair in regional management, heading up projects and helping other committee members. Also ensures the needs of ISocs are met.

# General Secretary: Organises meetings, calenders, duties and records. Manages regional updates and newsletters.

# Finance Officer: Manages the regional finances, committee budget and sponsorship deals. Sits on the FOSIS Finance committee which manages national finances.

# Publicity Officer/s: In charge of communicating with ISocs and Muslim students via FOSIS North's website, facebook account and twitter account by regularly updating these. Creates, designs and edits posters and videos.

# Colleges Officer/s: Manages and supports existing regional ISocs in Colleges as well as fostering the establishment of new ISocs in colleges. Provides College ISocs with resources, help to organise events, speakers etc.

# Events Co-ordinator/s: In charge of planning and managing FOSIS North events throughout the year, such as ISOC 101, Dawa Training and AGM.

# Sub Regional Representative/s: Will be assigned a sub region/ city / number of Isocs within the regional committee.
They will be the first point of contact for these isocs and will maintain regular contact with them, with co-ordination with the regional chair

# Campaigns Officer/s: Works on a range of regional and national campaigns such as: Palestine campaign, Community Engagement campaign, Give Blood campaign, Feed the Homeless campaign.

# Charity Officer/s: Works on and manages regional Charity Week, in November as well as other humanitarian appeals across the year by arranging events and awareness campaigns.

# Services Officer/s: Sits on regional and national committees. Arranges speakers tours, lectures, seminars and webinars.
